Custom wig orders may take 7–14 business days to prepare before shipping.

We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Expedited shipping takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery method.

Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.
4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
5. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
