We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lady Nia's Designer Wigs. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Tags and lace (if applicable) must be intact and uncut.

Custom orders, clearance, and final sale items are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return

Email us at ladynia.designerwigs@yahoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Wait for return approval and instructions.

Ship the product back using a trackable method (customer pays unless the item was defective or incorrect).
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After that, processing begins and cancellations are not possible.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, email us immediately with photos.
